We currently offer both free and paid features. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • • Refunds are only applicable for duplicate payments or technical errors resulting in unsuccessful service delivery.
  • • Refunds are not available for successfully delivered digital services or subscriptions.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • • You can cancel your subscription or service anytime from your account dashboard.
  • • Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

3. Refund Request Process

  • • To request a refund, contact us at support@collablearn.in within 7 days of payment.
  • • Please include your transaction ID, payment method, and reason for refund.
  • • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
